TS Ernesto has upgraded to a Hurricane and is currently moving northwest from Puerto Rico after heavy rainfall causing flooding. The storm is expected to affect Bermuda in the coming days.

Tropical Storm Ernesto is headed towards Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, bringing flash flood warning, waves up to 3 feet in certain areas and heavy rainfall in PR. There is currently a hurricane watch in effect for US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands and Vieques and Culebra.
